Keto is a diet where you are supposed to eat a lot of fats, protein in moderation, and little or no carbs. The diet is recommended for weight loss as well as other health conditions like diabetes. Have you tried the keto diet? What was your experience like? If you have not tried keto, would you like to give it a try?

Bumping this old topic.

Yeah, I've done the ketogenic diet and had some great results, I quit because the pandemic happened and since the world was supposedly going to end, why bother sticking to a diet? Lol

Planning on getting back into it because I am out of shape big time currently.

I do a lot of walking but that doesn't seem to be enough. I need to change the way I eat and do something to get my heart rate up / do cardio. Posted more about my fitness plans here (just resurrected my fitness journal).

I did keto hard core about 4 or 5 years ago and I got super skinny, I looked like a skeleton. People were worried about me. I don't want to take it to that extreme again but I would like to shed some pounds and fit into all my old clothes again. I want to feel better and have more energy but I don't want to over-do it like I did last time.
