Just ate Country Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes and corn...with adding a lot of cheese on top of it all.

Bbq beef and chicken, steamed rice and broccoli and macaroni salad.

The last thing I ate was a bagel with chocolate spread, bowl of melon and a packet of crisps and the last thing I drank was a cup of tea.
