Left lunch in hot car

If you went to work and left your lunch in a hot car (100+ degree (F) weather) for 4 hours, would you eat it at lunch time?

Same here. I didn't want to risk it.. It was a sandwich and yogurt.

If it was canned food or something packaged like that, then it would not matter.
