The best beer is imo Westmalle Trappist, but it feels like you've eaten a full meal after drinking one of those. I like stella though when it comes to lager.

Well I think it's Westvleteren you're talking about. That's supposed to be the best Belgian beer or some even say the best beer in the world. It's not commercially produced however, so you can't buy it in the supermarket. I haven't tried it myself as you have to go to all the way to the abby to buy it. Westmalle is the best Trappist beer you can actually buy in the supermarket though.
