Limited-edition watermelon Oreos

If the thought of fruit au natural with nary an artificial flavor makes you shudder, fret not because Oreos is here to act as an intermediary this summer. Nabisco's limited edition Watermelon Oreo flavor marries pink and green cream with a Golden Oreo cookie and OK, there's no actual fruit involved at all, but that's not really the point of this exercise. What is the point? Novelty, people. And the taste? Connoisseur JunkFoodGuy blogged that upon sampling the watermelon Oreo, he was "frankly, shocked. These were good, really good … Subtle in flavor, with just enough watermelon to make me smile."
