Grandparents influence?

Yes! My grandparents on my dads side instilled a lot of manners in me. I'd go to their house to see how "normal" people are supposed to behave.

I have learned that the so-called civilized people out there, weren't so civilized themselves.. so its all the more reason not to take anything they say seriously..

I agree with the captain. People shouldn't bring their kids on a plane if they know they're going to kick and scream. It's rude and inconsiderate.
