I have never used it, and when I join a board I tend to put their email address on my ignore list. I get enough spam email shit without adding the irritating WE NOW HAVE 27 MEMBERS AND 418 POSTS, JOIN IN WITH OUR DISCUSSIONS NOW bullshit.
