Mediation is. a practice where you transform your mind for attention and awareness.
There are a lot of benefits to meditation including reducing blood pressure, Increasing self-awareness, patience and tolerance and lowering negative emotions.
Do you do it and if so long how have you been doing it for?
 
I used to have this part of my daily routine. I need to work it back in. There are definite benefits to meditating. I used to be part of my morning to help kick start my day.
 
As soon as I wake, directly before I go to sleep, and usually a quick 5 minute session sometime throughout the day. I've kept that schedule for about 2 months now with no exceptions, and wow, it has helped immensely.
 
Meditation for me consists of taking a walk in nature. I’m not good at just sitting there as my mind tends to keep going. I had read that is when people need it the most lol Ironic huh? What types of meditation do you practice? How long have you been doing it? There are so many out there you need to find one that works for you.
 
I only do coffee meditation every morning. I have not tried the real meditation that other people do.
 
Yes , this is what I do a lot of time. I spend time alone to meditate and think of how to chart the course of my life better
