Milk

I don't drink cows milk.
I love Hazelnut or Almond milk on cereal.
Soya, Hazelnut, Almond, Oat milk tastes good with protein shakes.
I've also had Rice milk but that takes some getting used to.
 
Of course, cereal. I also put milk in my eggs to give it some "fluff." But milk can increase your cholesterol level, and cause your nose to stuff-up. It's not just milk that causes your nose to stuff-up..it's ALL dairy products that make your nose stuff-up and bring your cholesterol level up. I mean, I don't drink milk every day..not even every week. Probably every two weeks I would have cereal.
