With our primitive technology back in 1969 it seems a little far fetched to be able to land on the moon, but we could totally do it now no problem.

I guess I'd have to say that I believe it. BUT. There does linger a reasonable doubt.
Because the competition with Russia was so heavy at that time, it is hard to believe that Russia would have let us get away with faking it.

Very interesting article, has got to explain a lot that most of us have not understood. (Politics as usual. )
