And the war against Christmas begins once again.

Think you can coexist with the Muslim community? Then you probably haven't heard what this western Islamic religious leader has to say about the horror that is… saying "Merry Christmas."

Yes, according to this Muslim, saying Merry Christmas is worse than murder (which, by the way, means Muslims killing other Muslims because killing an infidel like you or me ain't no big deal).

In fact, he says that saying Merry Christmas "is worse than fornication and drinking alcohol and killing someone, because you are approving of the biggest crime ever committed by the children of Adam's sin."  http://freedomoutpost.com/2014/12/muslim-claims-saying-merry-christmas-worse-murder/

So someone says something, that you think the whole Muslim community is concerned/cares about Christmas?

Trust me. Most of us have lives and don't care about petty stuff like this.
Christmas is hard to ignore though.
It's not like we shove Ramadan down your throat.

Oh I agree it is not the whole Muslim community but it is the estimated 300 million radicals and supporters of those Muslim radicals mixed among communities around the world that do care violently anything that is not Islam.

I would love to see the source of these statistics.
I trust its not credible...

It's credible. You can go dig it up on the 9 or 10 page discussion we had about sharia law a couple of months ago where I posted the statistics if you like.

I will do that.
But as I recall not a single thing you posted on that topic was in the least even believable in a far-fetched alternate universe, let alone 'credible'.

I have had Ramadan shoved down my throat.

Every year, for ten years.

And ANY minor incident that happened while those who were observing the monthlong fast were doing their thing, was instantly blown totally out of proportion and you were likely as not to see a TV news crew in the parking lot the next day.

1. How and when? Do we sing 'Ramadan Carols' at your door? And wish you 'Ramadan Mubarak' when we see you? Or even Eid Mubarak? Do we publically hang decorations that you can't ignore? Do we ask how your Ramadan is going or what you're doing for Eid? No.*
I'm sure the Muslim community in your area keeps to themselves, as they do here.

2. What even? :/ In the parking lot of what, where? What kind of minor incident? It's unfortunate to hear that the media swarm on the Muslim community in your area. Maybe they need to find some real news. This hardly constitutes your allegation of Ramadan being shoved down your throat though.

*I love it this time of year too. When a customer tells me 'Have a good Christmas' like it's a default, or have this look of shock on their face when they ask me 'What are you doing for Christmas?' and I say 'Nothing. I don't celebrate. Good public holiday, though.' They look at me as though I'm a monster or grinch, or even lecture me (yes, it's happened.)
I've not once lectured not even judged someone over not observing Ramadan, or celebrating Eid.

Christmas is fine, for those who celebrate. Just don't try and make it the be-all and end all for those who don't, or attempt to belittle them for it.

Merry Christmas, crazy Muslim guy.

*continues drinking and having sex*

You are recalling wrong.

As Identity asked, I'll explain further.

I was working in a state prison, and as I was the only one on the food service staff that took religious dietary restrictions seriously, I was 'given' the job of reading labels and segregating such items that were halal / kosher from those that were not.

I also had to be on hand for various problems regarding the handful of Hindu inmates who requested their diets be as vegan as possible.

One Ramadan issue that I remember ended up being blown all out of proportion was when an inmate who was barely literate complained to his Imam in Philadelphia that they were being fed "jello" made with pork gelatin.

I had to show some activist and an Imam who came down and made noise in the warden's office the label off the box of gelatin that it was labeled "K-p" which meant it had never been anywhere near a pig.

Another time, the participants squawked about how their food trays weren't "cleansed" properly.

The dish machine used both chemical and temperature "live steam" for sanitation. But the only thing that would shut them up was using styrofoam plates, which for some reason, I still think were more "unclean" than the trays. But, that was them.

Ohh... there was also a stink one year that one of them started a rumor that the "fish patties" had catfish in them.

The problem was that one sect of them thought that catfish was "haram" and the other didn't.

It didn't matter, the patties were all "whitefish", and the canned salmon and tuna was ... well, it wasn't catfish, but it still caused enough of a stink that I had to save the labels for awhile, just in case.

Really?! We go to that extremes to make criminals happy. I can see at least giving them decent tasting food but to go the extremes of what you did is just wrong.
