A California family claims their live-in nanny refuses to leave their home even though she was fired.
Marcela and Ralph Bracamonte, who have three children, told CBS that they hired Diane Stretton through Craigslist in March.
They claim that after two months, she stopped working and spent time in her room in the family's apartment in Upland in San Bernardino County.
When they attempted to fire her, Ms Stretton, 64, would not leave, they claim.
Police said they could not do anything because she has to be legally evicted.
They took her to court but a judge said the paperwork the couple filed was wrong on a technicality and had to be filed again.
"This lady is welcome inside my house, anytime she wants, to eat my food anytime she wants and harass me basically," Marcela Bracamonte told CBS.
"I'm now a victim in my home and it's completely legal."
