I only really nap when I haven't had a lot of sleep or if my head hurts XD
When I have days off or at the weekend. I usually nap every day in the afternoon for 1 or 2 hours. Sometimes I will after work for the same amount of time.
I have no problem going to sleep in the day, but at night I struggle to sleep and when I do sleep I only usually get 2 or 3 hours.
