Just for fun, lets think of things an administrator (or moderator) should NOT do on a forum?

Example: A solo-admin should never demote himself or delete his own account.

Blocking a regular member from sending PM's to a staff member.

Give out email addresses of members.

An admin should not be asking/telling everyone to be active all the time. Complaining about overall forum activity levels to the general population all the time but seems to do nothing himself to fix the problem (seen that one, kind of a turn off).
