Well, it depends on just how much money we are talking about, I'd probably eat anything if you paid me enough.

But for a small amount I would not eat liver it's just gross.

Casu marzu - for those who don’t know what it is, it’s cheese with maggots inside.

I can't eat broccoli and cheese. My mom used to punish me with it whenever I got wrote up in school. She started a game. The rules were simple. She'd sit and watch as I gagged it down. If I threw up, she'd have my step father take the belt to me & we'd start all over until I cleaned the bowl.

If it's actually considered food... I'm with @Ashlynn S for enough money I would pretty much eat any food that I know won't kill me. (For instance, I would probably hesitate to eat pufferfish)

I will not eat super spicy food. I will surely say no even if being offered a huge amount of money.

Watery beans. People in my region loves cooking their beans this way but it's a no for me

Durian because I cannot stand the smell. I also do not eat super spicy foods.

I will stay away from any oily stuff no matter how much money will come my way. And these days I do not eat meat and fish and they are also out.
