Anyways, a drunk guy was on the train in Oakland and started getting loud and yelling stuff. A police officer police man forced him off the train and ran him into the window on the platform. Shattering the thick glass, cutting them both up. Its unclear if the window was broken by the guys head or if he broke it with his elbow or fist or whatever.. Bad angle I guess.
They are looking into if it was an excessive force thing or if he was just doing his job correctly.
This happens 11 months after one BART officer shot and killed an unarmed passenger on New Year's Eve.
