One thing you hate so much?

I hate things that have low battery life. My laptop has been dying way too fast lately.

What sort of stuff is running in the background that you don't want or need?

One of the things windows is good at is installing new stuff, and reactivating things you've turned off or disabled, with every update.

I've noticed an annoying trend with certain people, they seem to go out of their way to try to shove their opinions/something they believe down my throat as if I'm supposed to have similar thinking. It could be a casual conversation about something then they make sure to let me know about their opinion and why what I feel or believe is wrong.

Hmm yeah some ppl have strong views on certain subjects. Best way I find is to set boundaries and just a “Let’s move on from this subject” can lighten things up. My opinion is that boundaries need to be communicated and not assumed :)

Being lied to.
Lead on.
Ignored.
Blame-shifted.
Being gaslit.
Having no chance to explain yourself.
Places with no air conditioning.

people saying they HATE something. hate is an emotion. I feel it should be reserved for the real deal. you ond't "hate" being ignored... you're just craving extra attention... that's another topic all together, isn't it.

i do have supermarket issues. i don't always return carts at supermarket... hey, i'm an old lady and can pretty much do whatever i want... within reason. BUT, if i don't return cart, i NEVER EVER leave it where it makes a parking space unusable. it peeves me when people don't apply the same rules of the road to supermarket aisles. stay on the correct side of the aisle, don't park your cart in the middle, pull over if browsing.

Thats a good one. Hate is a really strong word.

You're right. I always say to even hate somebody or something, you have to have enough passion for it in order to even use that word. Love and hate go hand in hand.

I do dislike being ignored, ghosting behavior, because it's a form of emotional abuse. Of course I'd like attention when I don't know if I did something awful to cause that kind of behavior.
Some people question it, some don't. Maybe more of a pet peeve?

Great observation, 'hate' is very strong in that sense.

That's the worse kind of evil anyone could do!
i grew up at a time when typical fridge had a teeny freezer compartment. big enough for maybe 2 ice cube trays and on rare occasion... a half gallon of ice cream... for a birthday. if you used even 3-4 cubes from a full tray, you emptied the rest into some sort of container and refilled the tray. NO excuses! leaving a tray with only 1-2 cubes or even worse EMPTY... was a punishable offense!

when i downsized to an apartment, fridge didn't have ice-maker. i don't think i lasted more than a week or so before buying a counter-top ice-maker!

Not being able to express my feelings without causing other people to become defensive and offended.
