Until we can mass produce them by bioprinting it's the only option though I do think people should have the option to receive stipends for their hospitalizations and such.

Such as for stomach and kidney donations as in Sweden this trial this and they have NO kidney shortages whatsoEVER.

This is something that I have done as well. The organs are of no use to me when I'm dead. It's better to use them and save other's lives. It's the right thing to do honestly.
