If you do search engine marketing, you can receive paid search traffic. Have you done this?
Well, I have done this multiple times and I have got favorable results.
When you do search engine marketing, you bid on keywords and try to rank your site on the top paid search results, the list you see on the top of the search results. The chances of appearing on paid search results depend on how much you have bid on keywords.

If something comes up as a "Sponsored result" I usually wont click on it. Thats all I really have to say on this topic. Lol
