Is paid traffic safe? Have you ever used a service that gave traffic to your website? What was your experience with it, and more importantly was it worth the money?

Some paid traffic is worthless. There are many companies where traffic comes from pop-unders and domain redirection. Anyway, the appeal of this traffic is that it's very cheap. Nonetheless, it's such a rip-off that some of the traffic might even be bots! ? However, even if it isn't bots, it's still not good cause it's people who are forced on your site as opposed to choosing it.

Now some paid traffic is safe (and valuable depending on how used) like from major providers like Facebook, Google, Bing and banner ads on whatever site. Who knows more safe traffic?

I've used it in the past when I needed a good spike in activity (like around E3), but these days there isn't much to use for services.

I've never paid for it but I remember trying those paid to click sites when I was younger. If you clicked on the other sites, you got enough credits to then get views on your sites. Thinking back to it now, it was just a huge waste of time.

Most paid traffic that is cheap are all fakes and bots anyway, they send you a lot of fakes traffic then after a while you see your stats back to 0 again. They can hurt your site more than make it better.

I never brought paid traffic anyway. Rather pay for SEO than traffic LOL
