I have been checking out some of the game arts on the itch and the unity. And noticed that a lot of users make use of the pixel editing tools which are lot different than the photoshop. So I am wondering if those tools are free or something else option that we have when it comes to making use of them. I am thinking of making the sprite and the animation associated with the games.
