I can't go that far.

why not? it has worked incredibly well for portugal. every time somebody decriminalizes heroin, the addiction and crime rates fall.

the fact of the matter is that there are far more people addicted to and dying from pharmaceuticals than the ethno-botanicals they've made illegal. in many cases, the banned drugs are safer and more effective than the synthetic analogs that have replaced them. this is especially true of the opiates. may as well legalize it all and regulate them the same way as the pharmaceuticals.

I can't go that far.

I can let people do as they please. But I just want the people who did the crimes while its illegal to serve their sentences in jail not in a nice comfortable home. The thing I would want made law is if you get sick in anyway from drug use no treatment shall be used with the peoples money. Have private insurance or die.
