why not? it has worked incredibly well for portugal. every time somebody decriminalizes heroin, the addiction and crime rates fall.DrLeftover said:"ALL drugs decriminalized"?
I can't go that far.
the fact of the matter is that there are far more people addicted to and dying from pharmaceuticals than the ethno-botanicals they've made illegal. in many cases, the banned drugs are safer and more effective than the synthetic analogs that have replaced them. this is especially true of the opiates. may as well legalize it all and regulate them the same way as the pharmaceuticals.
