Like it or hate it? Does it rain a lot where you live? What do you do when it rains?

I like rain, it smells nice and it makes everything look fresh after it stops. But mostly it's really annoying and gets in the way of everything. If I have nothing to do that day then it's alright. I prefer to stay inside, but then everyone smells funny in the rain. Then again being outside is cold and wet and dismal. So I don't know what I prefer. I prefer to stay in bed actually.

It doesnt rain much here so I love it! My friend lives up in seattle where it rains like every single day. Its very annoying after a while. No wonder they have such a high suicide rate.

I love rain and the smell of it, it's supposed to be raining here for the next few days, nice change from the hot weather.

It rains like mad where I live. And I love the rain, as I have more time to stay on the internet as I can't be bothered going outside in the rain

I do not mind the rain, but I'd rather have a variety of weather rather than constant rain. Lately, it has rained this entire past week, including today. Whenever it rains I usually do not pay much attention to it, but if it starts to rain hard, I'll check the weather to make sure it is not a storm heading our way or anything like such.

Also, if I am at my grandparent's house, I'll sit outside with them and listen to the rain hit their tin roof on their patio.

Rained like crazy here the other day... Strong winds, car crashes, trees knocked over, etc... Only for one day. Then weather went on pleasant like nothing ever happened.

I love the rain, and the smell of it. I live in Vegas, we rarely get any.

I would love some rain. We have been in a drought since March of last year. We also had over 60 days of 100F days this summer. We raise cattle and it has been hard. They are predicting rain for today but I will believe it when I see it. The real rain is supposed to start in November but that might be bad too.
