Has anyone tried the Raw Food Diet? It is a dietary method where you only eat uncooked foods. You are not allowed to eat any kind of cooked food. You can eat vegetables such as cucumber, carrots, spinach, etc. You can eat legumes, you can eat fruit juices, etc. but you can't eat cereals that need to be cooked. I have experienced this diet and the result was not very good.
 
Doesn't sound very pleasant. I don't think food being cooked or uncooked matters when it comes to losing weight.
