Are there any domesticated animals that you would refuse to have as a pet?

Why?

Parents are anti cat, but I'd love to get a cat when I can someday live on my own.

Some people have big birds...I mean BIG birds like peacocks, as pets. Not interested in one of those.

Birds, snakes or spiders. Never. Never never never.

Rabbits. They are cute but they are poop factories, also they chew up everything and ruin your house (if you let them out of their cage).

Birds, because as much as I do enjoy them, they are loud and seem like a lot of work. Spiders, because...eh, no thanks. I have a hard time not killing them when they're in my line of sight.

Little parakeets are not loud, and the males will talk to you. (well, sort of ; actually what they'll do is mimic you)
Thanks for giving your spiders a break once in a while; I think they help control those nasty little flying bugs without having to spray poison into your air. :D

Without any doubt, I would definitely never have any kind of spider as a pet, and definitely not a tarantula. They really do creep me out and I have a huge fear of them getting out and running around the house. My brother and cousin used to always say about them wanting to get a tarantula, but they never did which I am thankful for.

Really? I had no idea.
Yeah especially if they have more than one bird.

Same here. I never had any desire to have a tarantula as a pet. I had a friend who had one when I was a kid and refused to hold it. Lol
