At some point in the tourist's day "riding a bike through a rough neighborhood in Buenos Aires" seemed like a good idea.

I watched this video the other night and that was crazy. I mean, sure he should have been warned or expected this MAY happen, but he went in regardless and took the bike tour knowing of the possibilities. Just glad there were people around and this coward wasn't too set on getting the guy's gear. This could have turned out a lot worse.
