How would you react to people constantly making sarcastic comments? Not only in forum I mean in general..

I personally think it almost sounding like rude comments in a polite way if anyone get what I mean.

I apparently do that all the time, I guess it's annoying that they won't say it to your face and instead hint at it. It can be funny but I would rather people were direct to me. Hypocritical I guess.

Sarcastic comments can be both good and bad.

Like you could be responding to someone and answer back with just the perfect light hearted sarcastic comment and send the room into laughter.

Then there is those mean sarcastic comments that are aimed to insult and rile up the other person.

I always have something sarcastic to say.

Depends. My best friend and I are very sarcastic to each other. Sometimes when I am sarcastic, others don't get it--so I have learned to curb it unless I know the person well. And sometimes sarcasm doesn't translate well on forums....

Yeah well I usually take things as a joke when it comes to friends, but when it comes to somebody I barely know.. I would give him or her this look

I'll admit, I can be extremely sarcastic in person, but never on online communities. Problem is, most people on the internet will misinterpret that you're just kidding around being sarcastic--most take it seriously. That is why I never am sarcastic online; however, outside of the forums I'm a beast at sarcasm.

I only get sarcastic with some one if they have annoyed me to the point of no return. I try to have some respect, but if they have offended me, or I just don't like them in general and have to deal with them or have to take 5 minutes out of my day to say something to them. It won't be a very productive comment. :glare:

I try to stick with non-mean sarcasm and I try to make it known that it's just a joke.

I'm quite sarcastic and dry-humored myself, so I make a lot of sarcastic comments, but I don't necessarily see them as rude.

Thanks, I said that a long, long time ago but I still feel the same. :D
