Selling your stuff online

Have you ever sold something you own to someone else through an online site? Did you use a local site like Craigslist and go meet the person? If not, did you have to pay for the shipping?

Do you have any success or horror stories about selling things online?

We have a site called Trade Me which people list stuff on buy stuff etc. It's the most famous site in New Zealand. Well apart from Google.
