I sure have because I'm on a dial up connection and sometimes it's sooooo slow, I feel like kicking my hard drive to get it to move faster.

No, my computer is usually fine and I'd basically be burning money

The computers at school can be a real pain though.

Yes and no. My laptop works fine once it's up and running, but it takes forever to load if it's booting up.
