Smoking ban in cars carrying children

In BritainMP's are calling for smoke ban in cars carrying children.



Is this a good idea or not? And why?

No child or adult (IMO) should be exposed to first or second-hand smoke. The only problem I see here is how are they going to enforce this ban.
