That Eric Clapton song makes me cry too. Here's another one that always gets me, this is a cover and the original is just not as sad as Pearl Jam's version.
Yes, another really sad one & oldie; and you're right about the comparison....the original is way more upbeat. I had not heard Pearl Jam's version before.
I love this song and The Cure. I can definitely see why it can pull at your heart strings. I always get a bit sad when I listen to The Same Deep Water as you and Last Dance. That entire album is a masterpiece though.
I love when songs are gloomy, moody, and beautiful at the same time
I have to be in the right moood to enjoy them.
