Sore but you did nothing

Have you ever felt something sore in your body but you didn't do anything to hurt it in the first place?



The right side of my jaw is sore today but I don't recall doing anything to it

Sometimes, my jaw clicks all the time so it's sore most of the time.

not really, sorry fr those who thought so, my eye hurts a lot right now

I have that happen in various joints sometimes. Like, one time at work my,,, I think it was my elbow that was sore, like I bumped into something, but the thing was I couldn't recall bumping into anything, or anyone for that matter. I thought that was pretty weird.

do you eat or anything? thats probably why.

My jaw locked up and my gum got an inflammation for 1-2months. it was awful
