Pasta, noodles, and spaghetti are made from all-purpose white flour, which contains simple carbs and does not have dietary fiber. By the way, can anyone tell me the difference between pasta, spaghetti, and noodles? They look the same to me, the only difference is the shape.
btw: pasta can also be made from whole wheat flour; maybe a little healthier & tastes pretty much the same.
