When you are speakin' your native language. Whatever that may be. Whether English, Spanish, Chinese, The Queen's English, Japanese, Klingon, or many others. What do you do when the person or persons you are conversatin' with tend to have issues with what you are saying? Spend many a minute trying to get your point across? Or point them in the direction of something that will help them to understand you?

If you could point me in the right direction of what you're talking about, Sci, I would greatly appreciate it.

lol...used to have to deal with this on a daily basis....until a few years a go i worked for a certain car manufacturer at their factory in the uk......part of my job was Safety Induction Officer.....when any suppliers/contractors/agency workers came on to the site for the first time they would have to have a brief on safety and welfare......cos our suppliers were from all over europe and agency workers came from all over the world (lots of 'refugees' from places like bosnia, iraq and any where else they feel like escaping from

) i came into contact with an awful lot of people for who english was not their first language,.................or even second or third!!!!.......................at times it was very difficult to get over to someone what was involved.................so i got the written brief translated into the 20 most common languages and just gave it to them to read and sign

simples!

Klingon? o.O

Don't think that's really happened yet.

Besides, there's always slow repeating.
