Yes, on a forum many of us know well enough. I myself didn't get banned from him, but when I put a conflicting opinion and someone else agreed with me, the staff member wasn't so happy.



Two members I know got banned because he cried to the admin to ban him.

We tend to take each situation on a case-by-case basis. If we do ever get mad about something, e.g., something that a member is doing to the point where it's really driving us toward the edge, we usually vent it out in the staff room and we staff members will talk about the incident in question among ourselves. No point in venting your anger out on members in an inappropriate way. If it's something that's been happening for a while, and the whole community is involved, a person should handle the situation calmly, and say something like, okay, this incident has been happening for quite sometime. The staff and I aren't very happy about it and it needs to stop. or something like that, anyways.
