Staff fights

Have you ever had issues with your staff fighting each other? How did you deal with it?

I've been extremely lucky to avoid infighting among my staff, I've only had one major issue with one person but I took care of it without others being dragged in.

So far I’ve been lucky, I expect everyone to get along though especially staff members.

I expect people to get on in public and any issues can be resolved in private.

That's good to hear. Yeah, I've been lucky enough to never have that problem either which is great.

I would expect the same @Lee. Would be awful if they were fighting in public.

I've never had an issue with staff fighting, a few times staff fighting with other forum users. It can generally be sorted fairly quickly.

Over all the years that I have been running forums, I can't say I have ever come across any of my staff members fighting. They may have different opinions or not always agree with one another when it comes to certain things but it has never escalated into a fight at all.

I remember staff fighting on a huge forum I used to be a part of. It was mostly because someone got a promotion and the other person wanted it. Egos can really cause problems, especially on a forum. Did they resolve their differences? Absolutely. Did they fight again? Probably LOL
