subtitles? dubbed?

Do you mind reading subtitles when you watch a foreign language film, or would you prefer it to be dubbed into your own language?

I read them when watching a foreign film and that's what the subtitles are designed for.

I'd rather the movie be dubbed. I hate reading subtitles. You spend your time reading the sentences at the bottom of the screen and miss some of the story, action, facial expressions, etc.

However the dubbed version has to be good! Those voice actors need to have good voices and be good actors.
