Swearing

I think it depends on what kind of forum it is and what kind of members they are wanting to attract.

If it's a family friendly forum than swearing might not be the best idea. If it is a forum for mostly adults than sure why not. Maybe not allow excessive swearing but I think a swear here and there isn't harmful.
