Teriyaki Sauce

I didn't eat this particular sauce thingy, but I seen it laying around and since it claims to be the "black belt in flavor" ....

Do you like teriyaki sauce?

What types of foods do you like it used in / with?

I don't know too much about it but its to do with the Soy and MSG (monosodium glutamate)

Basicly MSG is one of the worst Migraine triggers for me. It starts almost immediately and I feel like someones kicking me in the head. Worst headache I've ever expirenced!

You have to buy the right ones. Ive bought ones that are extremely salty and gross and Ive bought ones that are sweet and taste good. The brand makes a difference.

I have no use for Teriyaki sauce, and generally don't like the flavor.

MSG can also cause other problems, even in small doses.
