It was several years ago when I was doing the research for a couple of projects.

Now, you have to realize that I would say about a third of these sites are run by law enforcement of various stripes.

But, during my travels through it I saw sites that promised that they could arrange the emigration of various sorts of domestic 'helpers' from any number of countries to fit almost any criteria you might have in mind, there were all sorts of dietary supplements available and some which would ordinarily require a prescription including human or animal blood, and of course there was every sort of porn including what I do remember as claiming to be full videos of the forced feminization of a straight man and the rape of a married woman claiming to be a real "behind the green door".

One site that I'm pretty sure was being run 'by the cops' just looked too good to be true and was selling various firearms.

Some of these sites would be thrown up and mentioned in chatrooms, and then be gone again in less than a day. Others that were there may still be there.

The 'dark web' was, and from what I've seen, still is, an ever moving and ever changing swamp of everything that has ever been wrong with humanity.

Oh, by the way....

What I had gone out looking for was WORK RELATED.

I was working in a state information and technology office, and had gone out in search of lists of email addresses and phone numbers that the spammers were using.

Not only were they easy to find, you could get them sorted by state, area code, and any other way you wanted, by the thousands. Some of them had tag lines of stuff like "20% response rate".

Sounds like some interesting travels you had there.
