So, anyone going to get this?

I want screenshots >.<

Yes, most definitely, most definitely.

...I want a time-machine.

Topping Oblivion is going to be pretty tough.

Sorta depends on what part you're trying to top

They've already shown they can improve the physics in Fallout. Graphics should be possible too. Music might be harder. They should be able to improve upon the main quest and they could add more factions.

Bringing levitate and teleportation back would be nice

People pirate magazines?! I could probably find enough loose change to get newstand Game Informer and a pizza!

Oh yes, the day it came out (earlier for some people) there were tons of scans floating around the web.

Most definitely going to buy this. I just hope they handle the leveled creatures better this time. Oblivion only started to get fun after installing overhaul mods like OOO.

I believe they said it'd be more like Fallout3's system.

It's also been confirmed that once you enter, say a cave, the enemies will remain at the level they were when you entered.

Time to enter every dungeon once at level one and get out a second later!

So would this kind of game be something I'd like?
If you like an open world, sandbox, RPG-shifting-to-mainstream with decent graphics and awesome lore. Yes.

Nice! Loads of Destruction potential?

Possibly. In Morrowind you could kill every NPC, in Oblivion some were unkillable. Not sure what they'll do this time.

Destroying buildings won't be possible (99% sure about this).
