The highest level of pain

Hats off to you. Are you planning on doing it again?

I think so. ...but I remember how difficult it was for me to take care of myself, health-wise, after having my daughter. I didn't eat as well as I should have and I did not exercise. The next time around I plan on being a little smarter about staying on top of healthy habits so that the recovery won't be as bad, physically and mentally.

My pain threshold is too high. If I have a tootache, I consider it the highest level of pain and can rate 10 from the range of 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest.

Maybe when I first had a boil on my arm. it was like a nightmare as I didn't want to believe such boil came with excruciating pains

Childbirth. No other pain I've encountered has touched that level...not a broken arm, not cancer, even though both were extremely painful.

For me, it is just tooth ache. I haven't had much experiences with excruciating pain like that. And it is not an experience I wish to have.

When my money gets stolen it can pain to mu bones. it psins to see another eat your sweats.
