The highest level of pain

Hats off to you. Are you planning on doing it again?

I think so. ...but I remember how difficult it was for me to take care of myself, health-wise, after having my daughter. I didn't eat as well as I should have and I did not exercise. The next time around I plan on being a little smarter about staying on top of healthy habits so that the recovery won't be as bad, physically and mentally.

My pain threshold is too high. If I have a tootache, I consider it the highest level of pain and can rate 10 from the range of 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest.

Maybe when I first had a boil on my arm. it was like a nightmare as I didn't want to believe such boil came with excruciating pains

Childbirth. No other pain I've encountered has touched that level...not a broken arm, not cancer, even though both were extremely painful.

For me, it is just tooth ache. I haven't had much experiences with excruciating pain like that. And it is not an experience I wish to have.

When my money gets stolen it can pain to mu bones. it psins to see another eat your sweats.

I’ve had my fair share of painful moments, but the one that sticks with me the most is when I had a gum infection. At first, I thought it was just a small toothache, so I didn’t bother going to the doctor. One side of my mouth was a bit swollen, but I figured it would go away. Took some painkillers, which helped a little at first, but then I thought it was getting better, until the other side swelled up too. That’s when things got really bad.
Being stubborn, I still didn’t do anything, and this dragged on for about six days. The pain just kept getting worse, and by that point, I could barely function. Finally, at around 2 AM, I gave in and went to the hospital.

When I finally saw the doctor, he was a nice young guy. I told him I thought it was an infection and explained what had happened.
He took a quick look and said, Yep, you’re right, then gave me a pill and said it would hold me over until I could see a doctor in the morning. That pill worked like magic within 15 minutes, the pain was completely gone. I went home, but after days of barely sleeping, I still didn’t go to bed. I just stayed up, waiting for the clinic to open so I could get proper treatment before the pain had a chance to come back.

That whole thing taught me a lesson, waiting too long to deal with something like that just makes it worse. I can usually handle pain pretty well, but this was different. It wasn’t just how bad it hurt, it was the fact that I dealt with it nonstop for days, getting worse by the minute. That’s what made it one of the worst pains I’ve ever had.

Probably labor pains.
