Maybe we’re talking about two different groups of people, I don’t know. I’m talking about farmers, welders, plumbers, electricians, private practice doctors, roofers, the real people who keep civilization going. Oh look, Texas have finally stopped the pretext that all of this is about "saving" children with their new bill and are admitting that they're basically just out to stop trans people from existing. First us, then the rest of the LGBTQ+ community. This bill targets any and all gender-affirming care in the state of Texas, irrespective of age. So at last they've stopped pretending they give two shits about children.

It mentions children a lot, makes a lot of false claims and uses your favourite absurdist language, but it very clearly, in several parts, mentions blocking gender-affirming care, the blanket term.
Please paste the exact quote that claims no more surgery for adults.
