Haven’t had a migraine in a long time so to distract me I’m making this camera strap out of paracord rope. Learning this sequence i soon wanted to cut in pieces and throw it down a garbage disposal! But I got the sequence now.

I just use Ibuprofen, drink water, and go to bed. No lights or television. Lights make it worse
Exactly!
I seem to have 'outgrown' those , but when I did have one there's no way I could get involved in any kind of project or activity.

I think it was too much competition kickboxing when I was teenager and will be living with them forever. Made myself a nice camera wrist strap though 😂

Nice!
Maybe, who knows where those blasted things come from; last I recall having one I was in my mid-20's...funny, you never notice exactly when those things go away.

I get none but at most I'd prolly just take Tylenol or Aleve. If that doesn't work maybe just lay down and fall asleep. They suck I heard.

I wish they would allow stronger shit over the counter for very bad to severe headaches instead of what's available.

I don’t take it anymore because it’s terrible for your stomach, but super effective! Try BC powder.

BC powder?

Not sure where you live? But it’s pretty common in the southern states. It’s basically pure aspirin in a powder form and you either put it on your tongue with some kind of drink or put in a drink. It works in minutes! But now I do more high grade natural stuff like pure mint oil.

Have not looked online, but found that at Walmart in the store; also 'cousin' product except not as strong - "Goody" headache powder. Personal theory: powders (or crushed tablets) get into the bloodstream quicker.

Basically the same stuff, either will work great

Same but different. :LOL:
BC=845mg of aspirin
+65mg of caffeine
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
GOODY's = 260mg of acetaminophen
+520mg of aspirin
+32.5mg of caffeine

BTW
The only OTC pain medication recommended by Doctors is Tylenol; and stronger doses of that is available with a prescription. Supposedly that is not so rough on your stomach.

The amount of caffeine in these products I think is good for what it's intended for.........BUT it might & probably would mess with your sleep disorder. :unsure:
