Might go move in there. Its seems nice.

I have an application for it in the car. He said he doesnt care about my bad credit either.

Wow, that's awesome that you got a good house for a good deal. If you do decide to move, I wish you luck with it.
 
If it isn't too costly (because, as you said, it's quite big), you should go for it
