TNA Wrestling

Yea I don't like WWE that is so fake. But the guys and girl in TNA are proper athletes

They are the exact same amount of fake actually its scripted not fake, these guys are still part of one of the most dangerous sports around where people actually get hurt. Hell, Stone Cold Steve Austin legitimately broke his neck due to Owen botching a Pile Driver. TNA isn't anymore real than WWE but both deserve more respect than they get. Especially from people who say disrespectful comments like that.

I heard something about how they are going for a more traditional ring in TNA.

Which is a smart move for business, the TNA ring is completely useless and if anything damages the quality of the matches also you can go on any popular wrestling websites and see the ring being used as one of the main reasons they don't watch it.

^ What?! The six sides makes tna.

No it doesn't, if your gonna watch a show simply for a six sided ring than you are very confused. TNA isn't the first to use the six sided ring nor did they start off using it theirs no point keeping it if it will hurt their viewership.

Yeah but isn't it a vital part of their X Division matches though? Or something?

Well, the most notable is the Ultimate X and that features ropes above the ring being connected by four ring posts, I know I worded that horrible, but that match can still be had however, their won't be any unneeded turnbuckles. Others will work and or could be modified to work, if you saw the Steel Asylum on Monday's Impact you would have saw Homicide not even be able to climb to the top to win the match so he just hung their for almost three minutes. Everything that is needed will still be usable with a four sided ring.

I don't. I disagree. People in the roster have praised the 6 sided ring, saying it gives more diversity to the wrestling. I don't see why they would want to get rid of it.

And I never said I just watch TNA for the six sided ring!

I never said once you only watched it for the six sided ring so don't you dare start putting words in my mouth you said The Six Sided Ring Makes TNA, I'd personally like to think the wrestling is what makes TNA.. TNA. Also name one person in the roster that has really praised it? Because theirs far more that have stated it's just awful and no it doesn't add to the wrestling at all, it doesn't make it worse but it doesn't make it better, and the reason they would want to get rid of it is because they want TNA to grow up. The six sided ring was a good gimmick back in the day but now it could be one of the things that is holding them back if you think good wrestling is gonna make them get the 3.0's you'd be dead wrong.

The X Division guys have stated in the past that they like the six sides.

What I meant was that the 6 sides makes tna because you can spring at the opposition from different angles.

I don't see how changing a ring is going to make a company 'grow up'

That wasn't just addressing you for one, you said the Six Sided Ring makes TNA and I reply with if your gonna watch a show just for a ring you're confused, and who cares about being able to leap at someone from any angle it doesn't make matches better, and what I mean by grow up I don't mean mature I mean literally grow up ratings wise look at some of the most popular wrestling forums and atleast half of them will say the reason they don't watch TNA is because of the ring and how it looks ridiculous, now if they would get a tradition four sided ring a good portion of those people would donate time to TNA, and just because X-Division stars like it doesn't mean it's good several wrestlers, and a huge portion of wrestling fans have stated they despise the ring.

The TNA 6 sided ring was a huge turn off for a lot of people - as has been said, the 4 sided ring is great news, and bringing back the 6 sided ring for occasional events would make it amazing. Hogan and co. are doing really good at the moment!

Well the six sided ring was just one of the reasons why TNA will NEVER grow into a viable opponent for the WWE. Yes, fans may love it, and yes fans may think it gives TNA a niche and an individuality. But the bottom line is, that TNA is still not making enough money to warrant a long-term investment. The new ring is just one step to attracting a wider fan base - Hogan being brought in is another. With a wider and broader spectrum of fans, TNA can expect to attain a television deal from Spike. Having somebody of Hogan's stature supporting you (bearing in mind that Hogan has quite a good television ratings history with the WWE, WCW, Hogan Knows Best, Celebrity Wrestling..), TNA's growth has only just begun.

Point is, the 6 sides HAD to go! lol

Couldn't have said it better myself.

What does everyone make of the new tag team in TNA?.. The Nastys or something.
