Traumatized

Has anything ever traumatized you?



I have one.. When I get to work, I usually park behind the kitchen and walk in through there. One day when I was walking through the kitchen and one of the kitchen staff (who was supposed to be off work and on his way home at that time) jumped out and scared me.. Like really bad. I almost fell to the ground. Lol.

Anyways, now every time I go in the kitchen (even nearly a year later) I am all cautious and looking around corners. People usually look at me like Im crazy when they see me. Lol

When I worked in a nursing home it was our job to clean and bag a deceased person. I was new on the job and was called by the nurse that an elderly woman had passed away. I was scared to go in the room but knew I had to do my job or get fired. I was getting the wash basin ready and the elderly woman sat straight up in the bed and moaned

I thought for crap sake this woman is alive!!! I was told later that there was such a thing called last breath and let me tell you one thing, that scared me so bad it was almost MY last breath.
