Does anyone else have that issue when it's late at night and everyone is sleeping but you're awake watching a show or movie but the volume is nerver correct, it's either too loud and you think it's going to wake people and when you turn it down just 1 you can hardly hear it.

I hate it D:

Yep. I mainly just watch a show or movie on dvd with the subtitles on. That helps. :)

But then I can't quickly make a post on a forum because I'd miss certain parts. :(

When I was watching the Hannibal TV series on Amazon Prime, the dialogue would be very low and I'd have to turn it up to the 40s, but when a transition scene came on it would go up so much louder and sound like I'm in a movie theater. And then I would fumble for the remote to try and turn it down, but by then it was too late 'cause the music/ambient noise had ended.

I can feel that. In the movie I was watching last night it would get to a scene where they would whisper. I had no idea what was going on so decided to turn it up. All of a sudden it switches scenes to a scene with some nice heavy music. Not fun when your volume is on about 60 at 5am. :(

Definitely! Luckily there is a solution: headphones. Not perfect, but better than nothing.
But you can't exactly plug headphones into your TV and watch them in bed. Unless your tv is like, next to your bed. :(

I do this all the time. I'm always afraid of waking everyone up even know I know in reality that probably won't happen lol
